Poppy Kettle park has the most stupendous view along the waterfront in Geelong, a lovely series of shooting fountains for great interactive water play, plus puff the magic dragon and of course that awesome slide and climbing tower.

It is the perfect seaside playground with lots of lush grass to picnic, great nearby facilitates plus of course you are literally a stones throw from fish and chipperies and the ice cream and hot donuts truck usually parked in the pier car park.

Mamma’s special mentions: For some more park and water play Eastern Beach is about a 15 minute picturesque stroll along the foreshore past the Geelong Waterfront Ferris Wheel
