isabella williams memorial reserve, deer park

What a great park! This fantastic playground in Deer Park was built back in 2011 but was ahead of its time in terms of its 'volcano' theme and great equipment.  The soft fall volcano in the centre is a 'tip of the hat' to the historic volcanos that used to exist in the west - but it is also a great fun to climb and jump off! This playground has FOUR slides -  a yellow windy one, and 3 metal ones of different sizes, a climbing wall, nest swing,  sand pit, tractor, swings, rope net AND some gym equipment for those so inclined.
Mamma loves the large grassy area to plonk down ones undercarriage while watching the littllies play.

Mamma's special mention: Kororoit Creek runs right by this playground, for more discoveries on this creek that runs right through the west visit the Kororoit Creek Shared Trail and Sculpture Walk in Altona North
